AGC TENWEK HOSPITAL KAREN CLINIC RECRUITMENT 2026: CARDIAC SONOGRAPHER VACANCY

AGC Tenwek Hospital and the Tenwek Cardiothoracic Centre are currently seeking a qualified, dedicated candidate to join their Karen team and grow together with the clinic as a Cardiac Sonographer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Provide professional echocardiography services including 2D, color flow, and spectral Doppler for comprehensive cardiac diagnostics.

• Collaborate closely with medical officers and clinical teams to ensure accurate, high-quality cardiovascular imaging and patient assessments.

• Maintain high standards of patient safety, care, and operational efficiency within the clinic's diagnostic department.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery, a Diploma in Medical Imaging, or a related field.

• Must possess a Certificate or Higher Diploma in Cardiac Sonography.

• Must be actively registered with the Clinical Officers Council of Kenya or KNRA.

• Must hold a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Cardiac Echo and Diagnostics.
