Victory Farms, a leading organization building a regenerative tilapia supply across Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Systems Lead to join their dynamic Technology team based in Nairobi.

ABOUT THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reporting directly to the Director of Data & Technology, this role takes full ownership of owning, managing, and evolving the core ERPNext/Frappe platform that powers Victory Farms' day-to-day operations.

• Ensure that core business systems remain highly reliable, secure, scalable, and closely aligned with the expanding operational needs of the enterprise across East Africa.

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and deploy system enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated technical expertise and hands-on experience managing and customizing the ERPNext/Frappe ecosystem.

• Strong background in software systems, database management, and enterprise application architecture.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel to other Victory Farms operational sites when required.
