The Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE), a Semi-Autonomous Government Agency under the Ministry of Education, is seeking a qualified and dynamic professional to fill the position of Assistant Director Human Resource Management (Grade KISE 4) on a contract basis.

INSTITUTION BACKGROUND: KISE is mandated to train teachers and other personnel working in the field of special needs education and disabilities, conduct research in special needs and disability, produce and maintain assistive devices and educational resources, document information, and offer functional assessments for children with special needs.
