Human Resource Assistant
The Human Resource Assistant will support day-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll management and record management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper documentation, filing and confidentiality ofHR records.
- Assist in addressing employee queries and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain and update employee databases (attendance, leave, personal files e.t.c)
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll processing.
- Support in administering employee benefits and respond to related queries.
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and screening candidates resumes.
- Help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions and company events.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- 1-3years experience in HR operations, recruitment or administration.
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office(Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Experience with HRIS or payroll software is an added advantage.
