Human Resource Assistant

The Human Resource Assistant will support day-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll management and record management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper documentation, filing and confidentiality ofHR records.
  • Assist in addressing employee queries and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain and update employee databases (attendance, leave, personal files e.t.c)
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Assist in collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll processing. 
  • Support in administering employee benefits and respond to related queries. 
  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and screening candidates resumes.
  • Help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions and  company events.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. 
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • 1-3years experience in HR operations, recruitment or administration. 
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource,  Business Administration, or a related field.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office(Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Experience with HRIS or payroll software is an added advantage.
